    1. Overview

    Soccer-Games.io respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In line with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement and remove or disable access to infringing material.

    To be valid under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include:

    • your physical or electronic signature, as the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf;
    • identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (or a representative list if there are several);
    • identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it (for example the URL);
    • your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
    • a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
    • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

    Warning: under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), a person who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.

    4. Processing

    We review complete notices, usually within three to five business days, and remove or disable access to the material identified. Where the material was provided by a user, we will try to notify them.

    5. Counter-Notice

    If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) including:

    • your physical or electronic signature;
    • identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal;
    • a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
    • your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which Soccer-Games.io may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.

    We will forward a valid counter-notice to the person who sent the original notice. If they do not tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the material.

    6. Repeat Infringers

    We will, in appropriate circumstances, remove content from and terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
